Professional background

My education includes an MBA in Organizational Leadership and an in-progress Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. My MBA work focused on human capital strategy, including organizational design, performance management, talent development, and succession planning, which inspired the Ph.D. tract I've chosen. My work is largely on the Organizational Psychology side (of Industrial and Organizational Psychology), having to do with organizational learning and development - human capital strategy, training and development planning, structural design and implementation, policy management, succession planning, and performance management to name a few elements. My professional experience is largely reflective of my academic passion. Having spent a total of 8 years as a Marine Corps officer - predominantly in operational management roles, I have vast experience in supporting internal and external stakeholders with training and personnel development, organizational communication, process efficiency management, and more. I've also filled logistics coordinator, operations management, and asset management roles in civilian employment. Collectively, my experience spans organizations ranging from 100-400 personnel and up to $200M in accounts, including international business relations.
